GuideAn AI agent that guides

Guide is an agent that handles guiding work at offices, showrooms and similar sites: attending to visitors, guiding them around the building or exhibits, and calling or connecting staff. Work best done by the agent, Guide handles fully; when a person should be involved, it connects smoothly to one.

At every stage, what Guide did can be checked as run data.

Guiding passes from the agent to a person without a break for the visitor.

Guide features

Features for handing guiding work to the agent, and features for people to direct Guide and see what is happening, in one product.

01

Customizable screen

Change the guide menu, content and branding for each site. Guide works as that site's own guide, not a generic reception screen.

02

Instructions with Action Panel

Staff on site or remotely can tell Guide what to do next from Action Panel. People who see the situation can take control instead of leaving everything to autonomous behavior.

03

Switch to telepresence

When a person should attend directly, Guide switches to telepresence and a remote staff member attends through Guide's body.

04

Run data

Check what guidance Guide gave and how it operated as data, so you can see what was done after handing over the work.

Unstaffed guiding without lowering service quality

The last barrier to unstaffed guiding is service quality. If the quality of attention drops, going unstaffed just makes the customer experience worse. Guide is designed so the agent and people share guiding work as one experience, through staff instructions (Action Panel), direct attention by people (telepresence) and shared run data.

Staff no longer need to stay at the desk and can focus on their own work. Where guidance is mostly routine, unstaffed reception becomes a realistic option, and when a moment needs a person, a person reliably appears.
